You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed in advance for the chosen term and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Prices and refund terms are shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
The software is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that every feature will capture all data on all devices, as results depend on device, software and network factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileTracking is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
