MobileTracking is monitoring software for lawful, consent-based use only. Here's the short version of what you're agreeing to.

• ✓Lawful use only. Use MobileTracking only on a device you own, a minor child for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, or a company-owned device where the user has been informed and consents as required by law.
• ✓Consent is required. Unauthorized monitoring of another person is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offence. You're responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live, especially around call and audio recording.
• ✓No misuse or stalking. The service must never be used to harass, stalk, or harm anyone. Accounts used unlawfully will be suspended or terminated.
• ✓Your data is never sold. Device data is processed solely to show it to you, the account holder, in your private dashboard. We do not sell personal data, and data is encrypted in transit.
• ✓Billing & support. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal; prices and refund terms are shown at checkout. Questions go to [email protected].
