Pricing: Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the plans?
Basic covers core monitoring like messages, calls, location and web history. Premium adds chat-app tracking, geofencing and blocking. Ultimate adds advanced features such as the keylogger, call recording and screen streaming. Each step includes everything in the plan below it.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
Plans are subscriptions billed monthly, quarterly or annually. Longer terms cost less per month. You can choose the length that suits you at checkout.
Can I monitor more than one device?
Each plan covers one device. If you need to monitor several phones, you can purchase a plan for each. Contact us about options for multiple devices.
Do you offer a refund or guarantee?
Refund terms are shown at checkout and in our Terms. If a feature doesn't work as described on a supported device, contact support and we'll help resolve it.
Which features need the Ultimate plan?
Advanced features like the keylogger, call recording, screen streaming and remote camera/mic are part of the Ultimate plan. Availability of these features can vary by device, which the relevant feature pages explain.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change your plan from your account; the new plan's features apply going forward. Reach out to support if you need help switching.
Will I be charged automatically when the term ends?
Subscriptions renew at the end of each term unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel renewal from your account at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
