User Guide for MobileTracking Parental Control

What is MobileTracking Parental Control?

MobileTracking Parental Control empowers parents to effectively monitor and manage their children’s devices. With this app, you can:

  • Quickly locate your kids and family members
  • Check location history
  • Review your children’s device usage
  • Schedule screen time and application usage

Ensure your family’s digital safety and foster healthy digital habits with ease.

Part 1: Getting Started on the Parent’s Device

Begin by installing and registering a MobileTracking account on the parent’s device.

Step 1: Download MobileTracking Parental Control

Search for MobileTracking Parental Control on Google Play or the App Store to download the app. Alternatively, you can download the app by clicking the download icon below. Note: If you prefer not to install an app, you can use the web version of MobileTracking Parental Control.

Step 2: Register a MobileTracking Account

After installing, launch MobileTracking Parental Control on your device. You will be directed to the sign-in page. If you haven’t registered for a MobileTracking account yet, click “Create one” to sign up.

Step 3: Select Device Owner

Follow the on-screen instructions to select “Mine” and click the “Agree” button to proceed.

Part 2: Connecting Your Child’s Device

Below are the detailed steps to link your child’s Android device.

Step 1: Download and Link To MobileTracking Kids

After installing MobileTracking Parental Control on your device, you will see a binding page with a QR code and a URL.

    1. Use your child’s Android device to scan the QR code or enter the URL in a browser to download MobileTracking Kids onto their device.
    2. The screen on your child’s device will navigate to the download page. Tap “Download” to complete the download. If no download popup appears, click “Click to retry”.

Tips:

  • Some Android devices may show an “unknown sources” popup during the installation. To continue, tap on Settings > toggle on Downloads from Unknown Sources or a similar option containing “Unknown Sources”.
  • After installation, click the “Open” button to launch MobileTracking Kids on your child’s device.

Step 2: Set up MobileTracking Kids

  1. Tap the “Accept” button to enter the child profile page. After editing, click “Done”.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant the necessary permissions.

Now, your child’s device is successfully bound. You can choose to hide MobileTracking Kids on your child’s device by selecting “Hide Icon” below.

Can’t Find MobileTracking Kids Icon?

If you can’t find the MobileTracking Kids icon on the home page of your child’s device, follow these steps:

Method 1: Enter ##1234## on the dial pad of your child’s device to open MobileTracking Kids. Note: This method is only available on some devices.

Method 2: Enter the following URL in a browser on your child’s device to open MobileTracking Kids.
