Note: If you are an existing user and want to utilize the new features, please access your child’s device to enable the necessary permissions. Follow these steps:
- In MobileTracking Kids: Visit mobiletracking.com to open the app, tap on Calls & SMS Monitoring, and toggle on the switch for contacts and SMS.
- In the Settings App: Go to Apps, find MobileTracking Kids, and enable permissions for contacts and SMS.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Enable Permissions: Once permissions are granted, tap on the “Calls & SMS Monitoring” option on the parental dashboard.
- Select Mode for Calls Management:
- Unrestricted Mode: No restrictions for the calls on your child’s device.
- Blacklist Mode: Block incoming and outgoing calls from numbers on the blacklist.
- Whitelist Mode: Allow only incoming and outgoing calls from emergency numbers and those on the whitelist.
- Add Numbers to Blacklist and View Blocked Records:
- Default Mode: Block Mode is the default setting. Tap on “Call Blacklist” > “Add Phone Number” to add numbers you don’t want your child to receive calls from or call.
- View Blocked Calls: If the number contacts your child, it will appear in the blocked records.
- Tip: To view all call history, go to the “Notifications” section and search for “Calls.”
- Add Numbers to Whitelist:
- Whitelist Mode: Add phone numbers to the whitelist to ensure your child can only contact numbers in the list via calls.
How to Sync Kid’s Phone Notifications
- Download and Install: Download MobileTracking Parental Control on the parent’s phone.
- Sign Up and Sign In: Register a MobileTracking account and sign in on the parent’s device.
- Bind Child’s Device: Install MobileTracking Kids on the child’s phone and input the binding code to connect both devices.
